Everyone knows that behind every victorious business, there is a dark and fascinating story that comprises the path of victory. Our success is only due to the support given by our highly dedicated employers, our hard work, and confidence within us. Apart from all these, there is also God’s grace, without which all these things cannot be accomplished.
Like every individual, the life of our managing director, S. Ashok Kumar Jain, also started with a block in his career. At the initial stage of this moment, he was not left discouraged and his only aim was to attain success in life; he learnt that apart from education, the passion for attaining success is more important which was abundant with him. He developed a splendid talent in enhancing his life through business. His father Sri. Shanthilal Jain and father’s brother Sri. Dilip started cement-stockist business.
Days passed and our Managing Director was helping his parents business. Due to some unconditional circumstances, he came out separately, and eventually had a plan to start new businesses. Without any financial support, he was about to start a business with only two staff initially and finally started a cement distributor business on February 1st 1997 in a small room of about only 420 sq-ft. He used to travel for more than 150 km per day around Chennai and Kancheepuram Districts for the distribution process in this business.
He & his employee’s only aim was to reach the goal of achieving success in a most loyal and noble way through distributing cement in a correct and accurate time period. As a result of our complete dedication, we were able to open three branches at the year 2000. Many sub-dealers joined under us and many are joining by seeing our excellent customer service and contribution in our field. Our first and leading cement manufacturer is Dalmia and apart from this, we are also the distributor of other cements like, Coromandel, Zuari and lots more.
In the course of time, the count of our branches also increased covering main parts of Tamil Nadu including Chengalpet ,Madurai, Trichy and Kolathur (Chennai). Because of our expansion in branches, we are conscious in not creating confusion in dealing with the cement sub-dealers and thus, we also started a logistic office to maintain and to arrange the products to reach the destinations, which is again one of the main reasons for our prevailing success.
Our key aspect is to supply the ordered cement products on time and not to make the customer to wait. As we had our own trucks, it is comfortable for us to maintain the time in an explicit way. As a result, within the time span of 25 years, we have sub-dealers all over the state that counts up to thousand. One of the main reasons to gain a perfect business relationship with our sub-dealers is that, we maintain all of their accounts in a computerized format by having a separate database set for each and every sub-dealer.
We are keen and loyal in paying the tax every month to the government and our managing director is the topmost tax payer in a regular manner in Tambaram area. One of the secrets for our success is customer satisfaction, which is our motto and we do not depend on payment as our first option and we usually understand the exact situation of our customers. We also ensure better customer segmentation, which in turn leads to better customization of product offerings and guarantees cent percent customer satisfaction.
